WEBINAR

Self-Awareness and Reflective Leadership First

In this one-hour webinar, library leaders and staff engage in a thought-provoking and interactive conversation designed to deepen understanding of personal privilege, power, bias, and identity. Together, we explore how these factors shape our perceptions, influence decision-making, and impact how we engage with the world. By fostering self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and empathy, participants will gain the tools needed to lead authentically and inclusively.

This webinar was originally the second in our Creating a Culture of Belonging Webinar Series.
